CISA works with its NGO members, citizens, and relevant stakeholders to prevent and reduce corruption through capacity building, education, communication, and advocacy—helping strengthen effective governance in Cambodia.
The Coalition for Integrity and Social Accountability is a non-governmental, non-profit organization headquartered in Phnom Penh. CISA was registered with the Ministry of Interior on 31 March 2010 and re-registered on 26 December 2019.
We wish to see Cambodian society with accountability, transparency, integrity, good governance, equality, and justice that enable citizens to live harmoniously.

Since registering with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior (MOI) in 2010, CISA has accumulated projects empowering Cambodian youths—particularly unemployed youths and young entrepreneurs—with a focus on women and ethnic minorities, including the indigenous Cham. Its initiatives range from capacity building and education to communication, policy advocacy, and cooperation with sub-national, national, and regional governments and relevant stakeholders.
